Responsibilities

  • Organize, lead, and support events, including evening and weekend events, and travel within assigned market to conduct events
  • Serve as the sales point of contact for the company at assigned events, manage handoffs post-event, and assist with troubleshooting/resolving new customer concerns
  • Generate new subscribers through company-initiated or attended events
  • Meet and exceed sales goals in assigned market and event activities
  • Communicate and develop rapport with consumer prospects and property staff (for multi-dwelling units), increasing understanding of company products, pricing, and competitive advantages
  • Evaluate competitive offers and frame responses to highlight company benefits
  • Assist in execution of events, including coordination/logistics, planning, negotiation, production/distribution of printed materials, point-of-purchase displays, prize packages, and coordinating with technical operations
  • Tailor events based on community profile to maximize return on investment
  • Collaborate with key personnel to create/execute promotional strategy for value-add services, align messaging, and ensure tracking
  • Effectively utilize company-provided assets to promote and sell products at events
  • Independently manage leads funnel (receive and develop prospects), determine follow-up schedules, and initiate leads from events or market opportunities
  • Independently build customer relationships and manage lead status for future engagement
