Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, conferences, trade shows, webinars, sales kickoffs, customer board meetings, internal all-hands, SKO, and other company-hosted events
  • Develop comprehensive event strategies, timelines, and budgets aligned with marketing and sales objectives
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors (caterers, venues, decorators, AV technicians) to ensure smooth event execution and memorable attendee experiences
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure events meet business goals and deliver measurable results
  • Develop engaging event content such as presentations, speaker decks, promotional videos, and social media posts reflecting the company’s brand, mission, and objectives
  • Oversee event budgets, manage costs effectively, achieve ROI, negotiate vendor contracts, monitor expenses, reconcile budgets post-event, and maintain vendor relationships
  • Manage internal store by determining branded promotional items, coordinating with departments, and handling budget
  • Supervise event setup, ensure seamless on-site execution, troubleshoot issues, oversee teardown, and manage post-event evaluations
  • Lead live presentations, product demos, and panel discussions with clear messaging and engaging delivery for in-person and virtual attendees
  • Support marketing in promoting events through social media campaigns, email promotions, event collateral, and promotional items
  • Lead design and development of event marketing materials, including booth graphics, digital brochures, event landing pages, and promotional assets
  • Ensure event branding and messaging consistency with company marketing objectives
  • Work with marketing, sales, and partner teams to maximize pre- and post-event engagement, lead generation, and ABM strategies
  • Identify high-value industry events and sponsorship opportunities
