Requirements

Good knowledge and experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Danish and English
Eager to learn and develop new skills
Based in Copenhagen or Skåne (hybrid position)
Knowledge of other Nordic languages (advantage)
Experience in similar role, such as event management, customer support, or travel agency (advantage)
Experience with Cvent platform (advantage)
Interest in legal and compliance aspects (advantage)

Responsibilities

Assist different teams within the company by organizing and managing events, including coordinating schedules, ensuring events run smoothly, and providing support during events
Support international event planning from start to finish, including initial invitations, logistics planning, execution, and follow-up
Help with miscellaneous tasks, such as preparing materials for meetings or training sessions, creating name tags for attendees, or handling other event-related administrative duties
