  • Good knowledge and experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Based in Copenhagen or Skåne (hybrid position)
  • Knowledge of other Nordic languages (advantage)
  • Experience in similar role, such as event management, customer support, or travel agency (advantage)

  • Interest in legal and compliance aspects (advantage)

Responsibilities

  • Assist different teams within the company by organizing and managing events, including coordinating schedules, ensuring events run smoothly, and providing support during events
  • Support international event planning from start to finish, including initial invitations, logistics planning, execution, and follow-up
  • Help with miscellaneous tasks, such as preparing materials for meetings or training sessions, creating name tags for attendees, or handling other event-related administrative duties
