Responsibilities

Gather relevant operational, financial, and performance data from internal systems and external sources to support logistics tendering activities
Cleanse and harmonize datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability across multiple business units and geographies
Validate data integrity through cross-functional collaboration and alignment with business rules and tender requirements
Develop and execute scenario analyses to evaluate logistics service provider (LSP) options, cost structures, and service models
Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders to inform strategic sourcing decisions and optimize supply chain performance
Design new and maintain existing reports and dashboards for the European Customer Supply Chain team, building interactive, user-friendly solutions
Enhance data visibility and create visualizations to effectively communicate KPIs
Enable European, BU, regions, and country views for key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer service metrics
Collect and harmonize data from internal and external sources across regions
Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reports and dashboards
Support operational and executive decision-making by providing accurate and timely data
Automate existing reports and dashboards to reduce manual effort and enable higher frequency of data refresh
Implement automated data refresh schedules to ensure reports and dashboards are always up-to-date
Cooperate with various teams to digitalize processes and enhance data visibility
Utilize Power BI to provide insights into LSPs performance
Assist users in understanding and interpreting data visualizations
Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve processes or identify priority areas, trends, patterns, and insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, supply chain, IT, and finance
Document data sources, methodologies, and processes used in report and dashboard development
