A deep understanding of industry-specific opportunities and challenges is required, along with the ability to influence product development based on client feedback.
The European Centre of Excellence Lead will develop and deliver a Europe-wide strategy for the Financial Services CoE, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Product teams to achieve defined KPIs and growth targets. They will act as an expert figurehead, confidently presenting at industry events and engaging with the media. The Lead will draft and develop industry-specific content, influence product and data acquisition roadmaps, and provide leadership to a small team of specialists within the industry vertical.
