Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with a proven ability to craft clear, compelling, and visually engaging presentations
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with effective collaboration skills across diverse teams and independent work
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously
  • Critical thinking and a willingness to embrace and adapt to fast-paced work environments
  • Enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree, taking at least one class at time of application, OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
  • Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Possess unrestricted work authorization
  • Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
  • Fully available Monday through Friday for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
  • Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the New York City area
  • Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work

Responsibilities

  • Assist in evolving the long-term strategic planning process for ESPN, including building financial models and creating synthesized presentations for executive management
  • Work in close partnership with internal stakeholders to form hypotheses, plan out analyses, gather data, and deliver well-supported recommendations in a timely manner
  • Monitor industry trends and interpret potential implications for the business
  • Collaborate effectively with executives and other team members throughout ESPN, in addition to other groups within The Walt Disney Company
