Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SRE Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering a DevOps and SRE culture within the team, driving automation initiatives to enhance squad productivity and implementing solutions to improve environment reliability. You will also be responsible for cloud management, focusing on vulnerabilities, obsolescence, compliance, and FinOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote the adoption of DevOps culture within the team, contributing to value-adding automations that increase squad productivity.
• Lead and promote the adoption of SRE concepts within the team, contributing to solutions that enhance environment reliability.
• Manage cloud infrastructure, focusing on vulnerabilities, obsolescence, compliance, and FinOps.
• Actively participate in an SRE squad, effectively leading ceremonies, discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution.

Requirements

• Mandatory: Knowledge of major cloud providers, with a strong emphasis on AWS.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Argo Rollouts, ArgoCD).
• Practical experience with GitOps (implementation and usage).
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes (including Helm, HPA, Operators, Admission Controllers).
• Mastery of and ability to apply concepts of high availability, reliability, resilience, and business continuity.
• Proficiency in Terraform, Shell Scripting, Python, and Git.
• Deep understanding of DevOps and SRE principles.
• Proficiency with observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Dynatrace).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean, Kanban).
• Intermediate English proficiency. Advanced/fluent English is considered a plus.
