The role requires critical thinking skills and the ability to apply problem-solving techniques to complex customer cases. Furthermore, candidates must be able to quickly build rapport with customers and adhere to company policies while protecting the organization’s interests.
As an Escalations Coordinator, you will serve as a resource to front-line associates, handling challenging customer cases and understanding account complexities. You will take ownership of escalated customer issues, see them to completion, and proactively identify and resolve root causes such as account disputes and regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will initiate and follow up on insurance claims, including letters of guarantee and insurance proceeds, and listen to customer feedback to make recommendations for a more positive customer experience.
