Requirements

Expertise in supporting Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) ERP System, including technical aspects across implemented and new sites
Ability to develop, test, and support technical solutions (system & security configurations, reporting, DataViews, DO, Data Lake, Forms, document & label printing/scanning, integrations, data loads, data synchronization, disaster recovery & business continuity)
Capability to understand and analyze business requirements (functional, performance, availability, security)
Experience designing ERP system solutions and participating in design reviews
Skills in configuring and developing system solutions per design specifications, including code/configuration reviews
Proficiency in performing and assisting with testing (unit, integration, system, user acceptance) and remediation
Knowledge of creating deployment packages within segregation of duties guidelines
Ability to provide ERP-related support (Tier 1-3, primarily Tier 3), troubleshooting complex issues, monitoring, alerting, training, and maintenance
Competence in system updates, patching, ensuring data quality/integrity, and documentation (design, configurations, ticketing, user guides)
Skills in identifying and implementing continuous improvements (system optimization, processes, self-performance)
Strong collaboration, mentoring, and communication skills with power users, functional leads, project managers, technical/support teams

Responsibilities

Deliver ERP system solutions to meet business goals across configurations, reporting, integrations, data management, disaster recovery, etc
Analyze all business requirements (functional, performance, availability, security)
Design ERP system solutions and participate in design reviews
Configure and develop system solutions per specifications; participate in code/configuration reviews
Perform and assist in testing (unit, integration, system, user acceptance) and remediation
Develop deployment packages for target systems within segregation of duties guidelines
Provide Tier 3 (and Tier 1/2 as needed) ERP support, troubleshooting complex issues, with status updates to collaborators
Ensure monitoring and alerting for ERP solutions
Create and maintain system documentation/user guides; deliver training
Perform regular system updates and patching
Ensure data quality and integrity
Identify, contribute to, and implement continuous improvements in systems, processes, and performance
Collaborate, mentor, and work with teams using a systems approach and one-team mentality
Complete proper documentation (design, configurations, ticketing, work updates)
Provide timely and accurate support/responses
