[Remote] ERP Program Lead-France at Infosys

Candidates should possess experience in leading challenging business transformation programs with a proven program-level delivery track record across full lifecycle SAP programs. They must demonstrate the ability to deliver under challenging circumstances, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, and be capable of leading teams in complex environments including multi-vendors, complex client organizations, and geographically distributed teams. Strong experience in working with global teams and a track record of leading teams of consultants based locally and remotely is required, along with in-depth knowledge of establishing programs for success, encompassing IT, business, and change management components. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, and presentation skills are essential, including the ability to influence C-Level stakeholders within client organizations. Fluency in English is essential, and the ability to articulate value-based propositions, manage program financials, and lead proposal presentations is also needed. Substantial proven experience in client-facing consulting roles and a track record of delivering multiple full lifecycle SAP programs, including multi-country rollouts of significant size, scope, and complexity for ECC and S/4 HANA, along with experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources, are required.
