Requirements

Strong understanding of ERP principles and experience with data analysis and reporting are required, along with the ability to train and support end-users on ERP functionalities.

Responsibilities

The ERP Operations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring users effectively utilize the Epicor and connected ERP tools, performing and teaching best practices for existing and new functionality. They will independently function within an agile environment, assist in supporting the ERP solution strategy, and provide corporate-level support. This role will involve creating and maintaining documentation and knowledge bases around the ERP platform, supporting end-user training, and assisting with change management. Additionally, the Specialist will play an integral role in the awareness and function of all interfacing tools with the ERP system, providing subject matter expertise to ensure their proper and efficient use, and may be required to travel to TerrAscend locations for support and training.
