Responsibilities

Oversee the maintenance of production equipment
Maintain production equipment in a manner that meets company standards and ensures minimum equipment downtime
Oversee technicians that repair and maintain the production and test equipment
Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs and procedures
Manage training programs to ensure proper operation, preventive maintenance, and repair programs and procedures
Maintain inventory and/or spare parts
Schedule manufacturing activities
Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function
Lead a team of Technicians managing equipment maintenance including emergency, corrective and preventative maintenance
Oversee partnership with equipment vendors
Support the digitalization of the team in Maintenance Excellence at the Danvers facility
