Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance of production equipment
  • Maintain production equipment in a manner that meets company standards and ensures minimum equipment downtime
  • Oversee technicians that repair and maintain the production and test equipment
  • Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs and procedures
  • Manage training programs to ensure proper operation, preventive maintenance, and repair programs and procedures
  • Maintain inventory and/or spare parts
  • Schedule manufacturing activities
  • Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function
  • Lead a team of Technicians managing equipment maintenance including emergency, corrective and preventative maintenance
  • Oversee partnership with equipment vendors
  • Support the digitalization of the team in Maintenance Excellence at the Danvers facility
