Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent from an accredited university or college
  • Work experience in project execution environment in complex technology market
  • Good leadership and communication skills with fluency in English and Italian
  • Self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to identify and solve problems
  • Ability to drive and manage changes in an ambiguous scenario, see risks ahead and develop adaptive strategies/remedies
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization

Responsibilities

  • Addressing and resolving commercial issues, managing correspondence, providing periodic updates, ensuring customer satisfaction and negotiating/coordinating with staff as appropriate
  • Keeping track in BH systems of all records and aspects of the project
  • Meeting and enhancing financial performances of the project, including cash flow, revenues and margin expansion
  • Securing project on-time delivery in accordance with contractual terms and conditions
  • Managing project risk including any financial exposure, claims, variation orders, LLs and effective project closeout
  • Leading a project team in a matrix environment and initiate corrective actions where appropriate to make sure project execution is flawless
  • Building up a long term relationship with the Customer based on accountability and trust
  • Creating a positive and collaborative environment which enables team mates to perform at their best
