- Able and willing to work Swing and Grave Shifts including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of Environmental Services (EVS) employees, including scheduling, coaching, counseling, and training
- Address employee questions and guest concerns to ensure adherence to department procedures and service standards
- Provide direction and support to achieve high cleanliness standards in the casino, public areas, offices, and other required spaces
- Conduct daily inspections, briefings, and team updates; meet with employees for training and compliance needs
- Prepare end-of-shift reports and manage any property maintenance issues with facilities
- Consistently deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service
- Assist with administrative and operational functions in collaboration with department leadership
