Requirements

  • Based out of Somerville, MA location (onsite at client locations)
  • Reports to a Regional EHS Director
  • Expertise in environmental health and safety (EHS) for sectors like higher education, life sciences, healthcare, and advanced manufacturing
  • Ability to manage and lead multiple client engagements
  • Technical proficiency in EHS deliverables (e.g., plans, procedures, permit applications, presentations)
  • Experience in business development, sales support, and resource planning
  • Knowledge of EHS compliance, training, and program implementation
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a portfolio of EHS Advisory Services embedded engagements across the region
  • Maintain a client-focused perspective while overseeing multiple engagements, provide strategic direction, and ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Provide technical support for each account, including quality management of client deliverables such as plans, procedures, permit applications, presentations, and company-wide communications
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients and the Triumvirate team to communicate service approach, develop Service level WOW strategy, manage service quality, and handle changes
  • Identify and support potential growth opportunities for Triumvirate services at existing engagements
  • Build and foster relationships with key client team members (e.g., Client face off, VP, and Director level)
  • Ensure Advisory Services scope is fully executed at a WOW level, including designing EHS strategy workplans to meet SOW requirements and ensuring positive customer experience
  • Conduct quality site visits, manage CAPAs to ensure safe and high-quality service delivery
  • Act as a resource and point of contact for customers and Account Managers on service or staffing issues
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of EHS professionals
  • Implement SOW with the team at each embedded contract and assign staff based on abilities, SOW requirements, and client fit
  • Serve as a technical resource for staff on service delivery throughout the portfolio
  • Inspire and coach junior consultants in technical and soft skills development for career growth
  • Lead service design and startup of new EHS embedded support engagements
  • Support local Advisory Services sales efforts (e.g., evaluate client operations, develop scope/pricing/resource plans when opportunities are Committed or Negotiated)
  • Stay informed of the sales pipeline and resource planning
  • Implement national Advisory Services program initiatives within the portfolio
  • Collaborate with corporate teams (e.g., Compliance, Training, Legal) to implement programs locally
  • Contribute to company growth through knowledge sharing, case studies, proposal development, marketing collateral, and recruiting
  • Ensure required administrative tasks are completed
