Recent graduate or entry-level with internship or 1–2 years of relevant experience in engineering, consulting, or data centers (helpful but not required)
Basic understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems in data center or critical facility settings
Analytical and detail-oriented
Eager to learn the business of data center transformation
Willingness to travel regularly based on client project requirements
Ability to work hybrid: onsite approximately 2 days per week in Iselin, NJ office, remote other days

Work with senior strategy consultants to evaluate physical data center environments and facility infrastructure to analyze and determine strategies and plans to remediate, move, or consolidate existing infrastructure to its ideal target state
Learn to conduct business analysis functions, project management methodologies, and consulting best practices in the context of critical facility environments
Support data center assessments by evaluating mechanical and electrical infrastructure and identifying opportunities for modernization and optimization to help create data center transformation strategies and plans
Contribute to “current-state” and “future-state” analysis for enterprise clients
Work with senior team members to author client-facing documentation for reports, recommendations, and strategies for improving data center operations and capacity planning, including executive summary presentations, block diagrams, and technical illustrations to support facility analysis and remediation recommendations
Be a hands-on resource for Data Center Facility Analysis, Capacity Planning, and Remediation Strategy, including walkthroughs and on-site assessments
Utilize and lead, when applicable, all manual processes such as workshops, facility manager meetings, and engineering diagram analysis to gather required infrastructure specification and data center attributes
Assist with the creation of Statements of Work and support the sales process
