Responsibilities
The Enterprise Solutions Engineer will collaborate with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process, work directly with technical customer contacts to provide bespoke support and architect solutions, and craft compelling technical demonstrations. They will also create technical enablement resources to amplify the sales team's effectiveness, build self-service tools and documentation for customer empowerment, and identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns for collaboration with product teams.
