Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of success in selling complex software solutions. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage with senior executives are essential, along with a deep understanding of the Japanese market and business environment.
As the Enterprise Account Executive, you will engage with enterprise customers and prospects within the Japan market, developing opportunities and sales accounts, identifying and qualifying high-value opportunities, and building relationships with channel partners. You will also be responsible for articulating the value of Mendix to customers, understanding the customer's buying process, and taking a core role in the closing process, including negotiations and procurement activities, while communicating market feedback to the product team to drive the product roadmap.
