Requirements

The ideal candidate should have relevant industry experience in High Tech, SaaS, or Cybersecurity, with a strong understanding of the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) business model. They should possess at least 5 years of experience in Enterprise Renewals, Sales Operations, Deal Support, Contract Management, or Customer Success, including previous experience managing SaaS Subscription renewals. Proficiency in MS Excel and prior experience using Salesforce.com and/or Salesforce CPQ are required, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Renewal Specialist will support the Field Sales Organization and Sales Operations team in driving ARR retention by securing renewal contracts in advance of expiration and assisting with complex quote creation and deal support activities. Responsibilities include reviewing and presenting renewal sales quotes, managing contract processes such as co-termining and upsells, and partnering with internal teams like Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, and Sales Management. The role also involves researching customer history, gathering requirements for up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, structuring quoting scenarios, serving as a subject matter expert on CPQ and pricing policies, forecasting renewals, and providing updates on contract statuses.
