The Team

The Strategic Partnerships team is responsible for growing and retaining revenue from Enterprise (Large Pro) partnerships. We collaborate closely with our customers, offering guidance and best practices to enhance their success. Our relationships generate millions of dollars in revenue annually and are vital to the company's growth.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be to grow and retain revenue from the Enterprise relationships within your portfolio. You will manage relationships with some of the largest contractors in the industry. Your daily activities will include:

  • Collaborating with leaders of significant associations, manufacturers, and franchise networks on marketing strategies to help their members (service professionals) leverage Angi for business growth.
  • Analyzing each strategic partner's unique situation to develop tailored approaches.
  • Coordinating with key internal departments to create optimal solutions through executive interactions.
  • Planning, attending, and executing user webinars, trade shows, and face-to-face meetings with customers.
  • Implementing new ideas to strengthen partnerships through strategic and thoughtful plans.

Essential Functions

  • Achieve quarterly revenue growth targets for your book of business.
  • Analyze a portfolio of our most prominent service professional customers to identify opportunities for growth and upselling.
  • Identify opportunities through sales campaigns and collaborate with internal departments to increase existing service professional revenue, improve retention, and acquire new business with partners.
  • Strategically identify unique opportunities tailored to each customer in your portfolio through proactive outreach.
  • Offer solutions to grow accounts by maximizing Angi products and services to meet each customer’s specific needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner matters.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer matters (for the Account Manager role).

Requirements

The Enterprise Sales team is looking for a Partnership Sales Account Manager with a passion for building and developing customer relationships. This includes:

  • Identifying areas for growth and retention.
  • Finding creative solutions to customer concerns.
  • Driving incremental business within their existing portfolio.
  • The ideal candidate is a hard-working, sales-driven, and customer-success-oriented individual with experience playing a key role in significant revenue growth by managing relationships with large corporations and franchise model businesses.
