Requirements

  • 10+ years of proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience within enterprise software/SaaS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Demonstrated success in highly collaborative partnerships with other marketing and cross-functional leaders both inside and outside the company
  • Experience and passion to think creatively and generate ideas on how to build robust and unique 1:1 as well as 1:many campaigns
  • Experience building and delivering enterprise field marketing campaigns, events, executive and key account programs and joint partner activity
  • Hands-on execution ability with effective project and time management
  • Project management, prioritization, organizational skills, accuracy in performance, ability to anticipate the needs of sales and details driven
  • Fluency in English language, both spoken and written

Responsibilities

  • Identify SEA enterprise market requirements/opportunities, develop Go-to-Market Strategies and ensure strong alignment with Sales and other cross-functional teams
  • Develop & implement end-to-end enterprise marketing programs including ABE, executive engagement, demand generation, joint partner programs and industry specific initiatives
  • Identify the most effective enterprise marketing materials, channels, and messaging for key accounts
  • Engage & maintain direct alignment with Sales and cross-functional teams in terms of all pre/post event communications, and enterprise marketing-driven campaigns/promotion strategies
  • Drive executions within budget, logistics, timelines & vendor management
  • Evaluate all campaigns’ impact & ROI to determine the success and forecast for potential future investment
