Requirements

The Enterprise Deployment Specialist should possess proven experience in deploying AI solutions or enterprise software in private cloud and hybrid environments, along with a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, virtualization, and data center management. Proficiency in scripting and automation tools, containerization with Docker, Kubernetes, and troubleshooting complex distributed systems is required, as well as knowledge of data security and privacy practices, especially in regulated industries. Familiarity with deploying and managing applications on various cloud providers like Azure, AWS, and GCP, along with Linux, Kubernetes, Terraform, Git, and other DevOps tools, is also necessary. Advanced concepts of DevOps related to security, compliance, and other operations such DevSecOps, DataOps, AIOps, and MLOps are desired, and a machine learning background is beneficial.

Responsibilities

This role involves leading the end-to-end deployment process, including planning, configuration, testing, and rollout of North in private cloud and on-premises environments, collaborating with enterprise IT teams to understand their infrastructure and security requirements, designing and implementing customized deployment strategies tailored to each client's needs, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during deployment, conducting training sessions and creating documentation, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices. The specialist will also be responsible for ensuring a seamless and impactful integration of North, enabling clients to leverage its capabilities effectively, and managing complex projects to deliver impactful results.
