Responsibilities

Articulate compelling, accurate, and relevant proposals ensuring customer's business and technical requirements are met
Identify key risks and detail key value points for the account team
Provide input on end-customer IT trends, requirements, gaps, or unmet needs
Translate functional solution design into scalable technical design and architecture
Communicate how the solution value proposition addresses customer business needs
Track industry trends, emerging technologies, competitor activities, and leverage with customer’s technical environment
Show customers how to migrate and/or integrate technologies in new or existing environments
Contribute to industry developments through content support, presentations, demos, booth support at conferences/events, and social media
Design and deliver solutions aligned to customer's business requirements, leveraging industry and customer technical knowledge
Participate in deep-dive discussions
Provide technical expertise to sales teams and customers through sales presentations, product/solution demonstrations, etc., to gain customer mindshare
