Requirements

Candidates must possess over 7 years of enterprise experience in contact center or selling CX technology solutions, with a proven history of closing new business opportunities. A deep understanding of contact center technologies and market dynamics, expertise in value-based selling methodologies, and strong proficiency with Salesforce, Clari, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo are required. Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and enterprise prospecting, along with excellent communication and strategic thinking skills, is also necessary.

Responsibilities
