Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in a B2B SaaS closing role focused on enterprise accounts with 6,000 or more employees, preferably with experience selling to leadership in marketing, brand, or product at Fortune 1000 companies. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas is essential, along with experience in helping prospects build business cases for executive sponsorship. Strong written and verbal communication skills, experience working with legal, security, and procurement teams, and a strong sales process are required. Candidates should also possess strong organizational skills and a record of building lasting customer relationships.
The Enterprise Account Executive will develop a deep understanding of users and their needs, becoming a trusted product specialist. They will qualify inbound leads and guide them through the evaluation process while generating pipeline from ideal customer profile accounts. The role involves guiding prospects through trials, leading champions through internal processes, and collecting product insights to enhance user education. Additionally, the executive will educate users on how to set up Writer and unlock value, working hands-on as necessary.
