Enterprise Account Executive

Candidates should have a strong track record in Enterprise SaaS sales, having closed many $100k sales and consistently overachieved $1M+ quotas. They must be comfortable sourcing over 50% of their own pipeline and have experience winning competitive rip-and-replace opportunities of core/platform technologies. Fluency in German, French, or Spanish is a bonus, as is experience selling to Talent or People leaders. Candidates should possess strong business acumen, the ability to connect technical problems with business impacts, and confidently deliver micro-demos.
The Enterprise Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle from pipeline generation through to closed-won deals, primarily focusing on new logo acquisition and expansion/upsell of existing business accounts. They will excel at discovery, crafting compelling business cases, guiding prospects through evaluations, engaging stakeholders, and becoming an expert in the product. The role involves clear communication, writing crisp follow-up emails, maintaining accurate CRM updates, and collaborating with SE partners to deliver product information.
