Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets through the sale of Adobe’s Digital Marketing product lines to largest customers in the Manufacturing industry
  • Develop long-term relationships with customers and craft strategic account plans
  • Build relationships at all levels with a focus on C-suite (e.g., CIO, CTO, CMO, CDO)
  • Guide and assist customers in achieving a successful start with Adobe and expanding value from solutions
  • Approach the business strategically and set a multi-year north star vision and strategy grounded in value
  • Proactively identify and achieve path to sales plan
  • Be an innovative and resilient problem solver, leading on ambitious and sophisticated problems
  • Communicate effectively and persuasively with customers to uncover viable solutions
  • Identify and gain alignment from customers on compelling business issues
  • Demonstrate industry expertise, thought leadership, grasp of macro-economic environment, and act as a trusted advisor
  • Articulate Adobe’s story, unique value proposition, and alignment with customer’s vision and business issues (e.g., ROI)
  • Lead, collaborate, and orchestrate Adobe's entire Ecosystem and Partners to drive outcomes
  • Drive consensus and action as owner of territory and account strategy
  • Manage large, sophisticated sales processes internally (e.g., legal, deal desk, product marketing, engineering)
  • Identify and lead collaboration with external 3rd parties (e.g., tech partners, system integrators)
  • Meet sales quota and run efficient business
  • Advance and close sales opportunities through execution of sales strategy and roadmap
  • Build strong account plans at the beginning of the year and lead regular account planning meetings
  • Maintain a rolling 4Q pipeline, keep it current, quickly qualify opportunities, and collaborate with support organizations (e.g., Marketing, Inside sales, Partners, channels)
