Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Account Leadership: Own and grow a portfolio of high-value, complex enterprise accounts. Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with both customer priorities and Abbott’s business objectives
  • C-Suite Engagement: Build and sustain trusted relationships with executive-level stakeholders (e.g., CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and Hospital Administrators) to influence decision-making and secure long-term partnerships
  • Workflow-Centric Value Selling: Position Abbott’s Molecular Diagnostics solutions—especially workflow innovations—as strategic enablers of operational efficiency, clinical excellence, and financial performance
  • Strategic Sales Execution: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver tailored, value-quantified solutions. Use consultative selling techniques to uncover customer challenges and co-create impactful solutions
  • Contracting & Negotiation: Drive complex negotiations, including pricing and long-term agreements, to secure sustainable revenue and margin growth
  • Internal Collaboration: Navigate Abbott’s matrix organization to align resources and capabilities around customer needs. Collaborate with local country teams and other Abbott divisions to deliver integrated value propositions
  • Customer Success & Retention: Partner with customer experience teams to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and retention through proactive engagement and continuous value delivery
