Credentialing and Enrollment Coordinator

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of two years of experience in patient support, customer service, call center, or sales. They must demonstrate a strong track record of meeting performance goals, exhibit excellent phone presence with active listening and clear verbal communication skills, and possess clear and concise written communication abilities. A positive, compassionate, and tenacious professional approach is also required, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
The Enrollment Coordinator will make outbound calls to contact referred members of contracted clients to engage and educate members on the CKD program and its benefits, effectively communicate how services could benefit prospective patients, overcome objections, and adapt to their needs. They will meet or exceed set enrollment goals, follow established company policies and procedures, determine eligibility for plan members, and obtain missing information for enrollment completion while partnering cross functionally with various operational business units to support departmental objectives within company and regulatory guidelines.
