Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong problem-solving and analytical and organizational skills, are required, as is proficiency with PowerBi.
The Enrollment Professional 2 will process applications from members, enroll them on company platforms, and transmit enrollment to Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services. They will manage a daily inventory, report inventory daily, understand department strategy, make decisions regarding own work methods, follow established guidelines, and use skills to make an impact. Additionally, the role involves communicating with off-shore vendors, reviewing reports for quality and processes, and making adjustments based on enrollment rules, and occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.
