Responsibilities

Monitor processes
Investigate and solve in-line quality and operational issues
Provide primary assistance to Engineers and Supervisors in project plan implementation, data collection, testing, data analysis and data entry
Generate reports in areas such as quality and production
Provide primary trouble-shooting support for operating personnel to maintain productivity and quality
Provide training to new operators
May act in customer and vendor facing roles
Travel may be required, up to 20%
Other duties as assigned
Support engineering staff to maintain operating efficiencies and quality throughout the process
Maintain and improve Safety, Health and Environmental focuses
Execute development and/or research tasks on specific projects
Continually develop and enhance skills and knowledge consistent with demands of position
