Requirements

Candidates should have 3-5 years of processing experience and quality assurance experience is preferred. A working knowledge of processing rules or the ability to learn client requirements is necessary. Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical skills, dependability, professionalism, and advanced computer skills with the O365 suite and reporting databases are required. The ability to sit for long periods and lead/facilitate meetings is also needed.

Responsibilities

The Quality Assurance Specialist will perform quality checks on processed events, assess accuracy against guidelines, and identify, document, and correct errors. They will monitor for anomalies and trends, review findings with stakeholders, and update error reporting. This role involves processing escalated queues, participating in employee communication sessions for updates, and performing other assigned office/clerical duties.
