This role is designed as 'Onsite' with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office.
Minimum requirements include a BSEE, BSCS, or equivalent with 8+ years in the networking industry, 2–3 years in software development or system/feature testing, and 3+ years as a Program or Release Manager. Preferred qualifications are MSEE, MSCS, or equivalent with 10+ years in networking.
Required skills include strong leadership and accountability in matrixed environments, proven ability to manage multiple complex projects, deep understanding of SDLC models and release management, excellent problem-solving and risk mitigation, strong communication abilities, and hands-on proficiency with tools like Microsoft Project, Excel, version control (ClearCase, GIT, SVN, Perforce, Jira), DevOps, and CI practices.
