Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
5+ years of experience in project and engineering program management, with a focus on cloud, SaaS, and/or software release management
Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience with cloud-native applications
Proficiency in waterfall, scrum, and agile methodologies
Experience with program management tools such as JIRA
Demonstrated ability to work with external stakeholders (e.g., clients, vendors, partners)
Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments, adapting quickly to changing priorities
Experience working with a variety of teams, including software engineering, cloud infrastructure, quality assurance, and product management

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cloud infrastructure and software release projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope
Create and manage comprehensive project plans, roadmaps, and timelines. Work with cross-functional teams to define scope, dependencies, and resource assignments
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and deliverables. Communicate effectively to ensure alignment across all teams
Drive non-engineering tasks such as hosting meetings, addressing queries from product management, sales, and vendors, and removing blockers for the engineering teams
Conduct post-project evaluations to gather retrospective feedback and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and project delivery
Ensure timely upward communication and escalation of issues to engineering leadership and other relevant teams
