Requirements

  • BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related quantitative field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering or system architecture with a strong focus on Python, C++, or Go Development
  • 3+ years of experience as a leader/manager of a multi-functional team, providing sustainable professional development, growth, and technical mentorship
  • Experience providing technical leadership to a team developing data pipelines, generative AI applications, and machine learning applications, with a focus on performance and accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, design, develop, and implement agentic AI blueprints (applications) that show enterprises how to deploy this technology
  • Lead an applied research and development team focused on agentic AI blueprints
  • Define success and evaluation criteria, including reproducible workflows and datasets
  • Ensure the applications meet the highest standards for quality, robustness, and composability
  • Collaborate with NVIDIA product teams and external partners on these applications, ensuring that we build what is most applicable to a wide audience
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship across teams, projects, and internal groups
