Requirements

BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related quantitative field (or equivalent experience)
8+ years of experience in software engineering or system architecture with a strong focus on Python, C++, or Go Development
3+ years of experience as a leader/manager of a multi-functional team, providing sustainable professional development, growth, and technical mentorship
Experience providing technical leadership to a team developing data pipelines, generative AI applications, and machine learning applications, with a focus on performance and accuracy

Responsibilities

Conceptualize, design, develop, and implement agentic AI blueprints (applications) that show enterprises how to deploy this technology
Lead an applied research and development team focused on agentic AI blueprints
Define success and evaluation criteria, including reproducible workflows and datasets
Ensure the applications meet the highest standards for quality, robustness, and composability
Collaborate with NVIDIA product teams and external partners on these applications, ensuring that we build what is most applicable to a wide audience
Provide technical leadership and mentorship across teams, projects, and internal groups
