Requirements

At least one year experience in engineering leadership and people management
Strong technical background (3+ years) building web products and ability to contribute to design and architectural discussions
Demonstrated ability to grow and lead high-functioning, diverse technical teams through coaching, training, and career development aligned with their goals
A solid technical background with a passion for AI/ML technology, rapid prototyping, and experimentation
Experience working with a highly collaborative environment, driving a team who ships code to production often
Experience with fundamental cloud technologies (preferably within AWS) and the DevOps approach to autonomous team ownership of mission critical infrastructure
