  • At least one year experience in engineering leadership and people management
  • Strong technical background (3+ years) building web products and ability to contribute to design and architectural discussions
  • Demonstrated ability to grow and lead high-functioning, diverse technical teams through coaching, training, and career development aligned with their goals
