Responsibilities

  • Managing staffing, development, and performance management programs for engineering teams; motivating and developing project and team leaders
  • Driving machining technology innovation and quality improvements to provide process and technology leadership
  • Managing the engineering staff and activities with an emphasis on organizational goals aligned to strategic planning. These activities will include budgeting, forecasting, and governance for manufacturing projects
  • Collaborating across global teams, vendors, and academic partners
  • Providing specialized engineering technical support and consulting services to various areas of the organization
