Responsibilities

Lead a team of 10-15 engineers (embedded software/firmware, test engineers)
Manage, coach, and hold the team accountable for achieving goals and meeting commitments
Ensure product development activities comply with corporate and business-level processes
Guide problem resolution, clarify ambiguities, and remove impediments
Lead the team towards continuous improvement
Encourage collaboration to achieve common goals
Monitor project status and escalate issues
Develop team technical competencies to ensure the team can stay competitive to support needs
