The Dedicated teams own the full lifecycle of the Dedicated SaaS service, emphasizing performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Environment Automation team within the Dedicated Group, in partnership with the team’s Product Manager.

Requirements

  • Hands-on expertise managing and scaling Kubernetes or cloud provider clusters within cloud-native production environments.
  • A track record of reducing operational toil through automation, re-architecture, or improved developer workflows.
  • Strong incident response skills and the ability to drive resolution in high-stakes, cross-functional environments.
  • Experience integrating SaaS platforms with customer systems, including challenges like auth, compliance, and data residency.
  • Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, business-aligned communication for diverse stakeholders.
  • A thoughtful, inclusive leadership style focused on coaching, mentorship, and equitable team development.
  • Commitment to collaboration, shared ownership, and continuous improvement in distributed, global teams.
