Requirements
- 10+ years of professional engineering experience, including 2+ years in a management role
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and drive collaboration at all levels
- Demonstrated ownership, proactivity, and drive to achieve objectives while leading a team to success
- Leadership in technical environments and hands-on managerial experience
- Expertise in C++ development, with a focus on writing highly performant, clean, and efficient code

Responsibilities
- Manage and influence a team of software engineers to build, scale, and maintain innovative products using C++

- Conduct regular 1:1 performance reviews to assess progress, give feedback, and realign priorities as needed
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of systems within the broader architecture
