  • 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, with at least 2+ years of people management experience
  • Proven track record of leading teams to successfully execute projects in dynamic environments
  • Experience building strong and diverse engineering teams

  • Partner closely with teams across the company to define, scope and plan out the engineering roadmap

  • Coach and mentor team members and maintain a fair and transparent growth and development environment for individuals and teams
  • Be a key partner in setting and maintaining the course for the engineering team’s roadmap and developing and supporting relationships with cross functional stakeholders
