Responsibilities

Drive the technical delivery of reliable, high-quality, and scalable healthtech products (hands-on role contributing directly to execution in a fast-paced environment)
Recruit, mentor, and develop a talented team of senior engineers
Foster a strong culture of collaboration, excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement
Guide critical architectural and system design decisions
Ensure adherence to best practices, balancing immediate impact with long-term code quality and scalability
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, or Data teams
Translate complex healthcare needs and clinical insights into impactful, user-friendly digital solutions
