Requirements

Responsibilities

As an Engineering Manager, the candidate will own the core products that contribute to WorkOS’s developer experience, communicate directly with customers to build confidence in the roadmap, ensure proper team focus on priorities and deliverables, understand the team’s needs and foster a healthy, thriving, and inclusive environment. They will also partner with engineers on architectural decisions, support the team through one-on-ones and feedback, lead the effort to attract and retain diverse engineering talent, and manage impactful projects across functional teams.
