Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, and have at least 7 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on distributed systems and cloud technologies. Experience with serverless architectures and event data processing is highly desirable, along with a proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
As an Engineering Manager, you will uphold operational excellence for the global- and region-level serverless platform systems, champion secure and high-quality engineering practices, and drive teams towards architectures that balance availability, scalability, and cost. You will be instrumental in the hiring, retention, mentorship, and growth of the engineering teams, collaborating with various teams and ensuring the platform’s success, and working cross functionally with peers to move the serverless platform mission forward.
