Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in software quality engineering, preferably in a high-growth company. They should have hands-on experience managing critical issues, assessing problems, and providing thoughtful solutions while maintaining a calm demeanor. Experience in driving quality and automation/technical initiatives is also required, as is the ability to design and track high-business impact quality metrics and processes.

Responsibilities

As the Quality Engineering Manager, you will work in partnership with the Sr Quality Engineering Manager to own, develop, and maintain comprehensive quality assurance policies, manage testing activities by assigning resources and supervising test execution, partner with engineering squads to address defects and ensure the delivery of top-notch products, create and update Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for quality engineering, collaborate with the Engineering team to automate features, continuously improve the quality of production systems, participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) processes, and guide the engineering team to update quality processes and strategies to improve Quality Engineering KPIs.
