Responsibilities

Lead and deliver major CAPEX projects – with a primary focus on automotive-related investments, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards
Drive operational reliability and asset integrity – oversee all preventive and corrective maintenance for production, utilities, and infrastructure
Champion EHS and compliance – ensure all activities meet Huntsman’s rigorous safety, environmental, and quality standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, etc.)
Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement – work closely with site management, production, supply chain, and external partners to support new product introductions and process changes
Develop and inspire your team – lead, coach, and empower a skilled group of technicians, building a high-performance culture
