  • Currently working on completion of Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

Responsibilities

  • Work with Engineering leaders to deliver business objectives
  • Apply engineering principles focused on quality, service and cost
  • Gain technical insights on all product and process and experience within a fast paced and growing industry
  • Develop and implement appropriate supporting documentation, SOPs and process work instructions compliant with current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Assist in New Product Introduction (NPI) Process in implementing new products and/or processes
  • Support process validation for products and processes; VP, IQ, OQ, PQ and associated documentation
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, design and implement project plan, monitor and optimize results
  • Communicate and participate in system and process troubleshooting with support team members and with external agents
  • Involve in digital plant implementation and drive for continuous improvement
  • Observe the Quality Management Systems and Environment Health and Safety requirements on site at all times
