Authorization to work in Poland

Residence within commuting distance and ability to attend the office in Katowice on a regular basis

Responsibilities

Support for customers and distributors in solving technical problems related to Rockwell Automation products (by telephone, chat, and email) in different teams
Simulation and analysis of issues reported by users in the laboratory
Document technical solutions and best practices
Cooperation with technical teams and customer service
Continuous improvement in Rockwell Automation products and technologies
Participation in on-site projects about 20% a year
