Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer, Process Engineer, or a related occupation. Required knowledge includes manufacturing engineering experience within manufacturing, processing, or packaging automation, investigating equipment failures, generating reports using SAP and Dynamics, specifying system components, and implementing Root Cause Failure Analysis.
The Engineer III, Manufacturing Engineering will develop, fabricate, modify, and evaluate parts, assemblies, and components to support manufacturing departments. They will also support manufacturing departments by collecting and processing information, preparing plans, and recommending courses of action. This role involves preparing prototypes, participating in design reviews, developing manufacturing processes, assisting with packaging improvements, assessing and resolving packaging problems, designing and procuring equipment, qualifying equipment, assuring compliance with policies, and potentially traveling up to 5% domestically and internationally.
