Requirements

  • Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical
  • Minimum 3–6 years’ experience in warehouse/handling manufacturing industry

Responsibilities

  • Manpower handling and allocation for each stage
  • Production planning monthly, weekly, and daily as per customer requirements
  • Entire control in the aspect of production and quality
  • Material planning as per production plan to avoid line stoppages
  • Continuous improvement in terms of line balancing, error proofing, productivity, quality, downtime reduction, and rejection control
  • Heading, training, and motivating the production team
  • Conducting Quality Circle Meetings for major quality issues
  • On-job training for new people
  • Encourage and involve people to work safely
  • Resolve all work-related problems and support a congenial work atmosphere on the shop floor
